Finding your way around the business portal

The business portal is where you manage everything you have with us. The sidebar breaks down as follows.

• Dashboard — a summary of your listings and recent activity
• My Communities — create and edit your community listings
• Leads & Inquiries — everyone who has contacted you through the site
• Discovery Visits — requests for visits to your communities
• Team Members — the people who can appear as your community contact
• Advertising — block ads and banner ads
• Articles — news posts you submit for the Community News section
• Account Settings — your profile, password, and subscription details

Everything is per community

Plans, ads, and billing attach to individual communities rather than to your account as a whole. If you manage several communities, each one has its own plan and its own renewal date.
