Creating an account A free account for community seekers, or a business account if you want to list a community. Verifying your email address We email a six-digit code that is valid for ten minutes. Resetting a forgotten password Request a reset link from the sign-in page. Updating your name, email, or phone number Community seekers use the profile page; business users use Account Settings in the portal. Deleting your account Ask us and we will remove it, along with your saved communities.

Creating a business account Register at /register/business. Agents are asked for license details. Finding your way around the business portal What each section of the portal sidebar does.

Creating a community listing Add the community from My Communities, choose a plan, then fill in the detail tabs. Getting your listing published Listings move from draft to pending approval to published. We review before it goes live. Adding and organising photos Upload from the Photos tab and set the order. The first photo does the most work. Adding home types and price ranges The Real Estate tab drives the price and home type filters, so it directly affects who finds you. Adding home models and floor plans Specific plans with details and images, shown on their own tab. Setting up a Discovery Visit offer Describe your visit program on the Discovery Visit tab and requests come to the portal. Why can't I change my plan from Edit Details? Plan changes have billing consequences, so they run through the plan page instead.

Managing leads and inquiries Every inquiry from your listings lands under Leads & Inquiries, where you can sort, assign, and export. Adding team members Team members can be assigned leads and can appear as the contact on your listing. Choosing which team member appears on your listing Pick a fixed order, rotate through the team, or show someone at random. Handling Discovery Visit requests Visit requests arrive in their own portal section, separate from general leads.

How plans work Standard, Featured, and Premier — each purchased per community, not per account. Upgrading a community to a higher plan Upgrades are self-service, charged pro rata, and take effect once payment clears. Downgrading a community plan Downgrades are scheduled for the community's anniversary date. No refund is issued. Why do my communities renew on different dates? Each community's year runs from when that community was created, not from when you signed up. Payment methods, receipts, and failed payments Payments run through Stripe. Receipts are emailed. Tell us early if a payment fails.

Block ads and banner ads: what is the difference? Block ads run in the search sidebar; banner ads run on the homepage. They have different plan requirements. Creating an ad Build it under Advertising with a live preview, using an upload or an image from your gallery. Why can't I create an ad? Ad formats are gated by the plan on the specific community you are advertising. Banner ad approval Banner ads are reviewed before appearing on the homepage. Rejections come with a reason.
