Verifying your email address

After you register we email you a six-digit code. Enter it on the verification screen to confirm your address.

The code expires

Codes are valid for ten minutes. After that you will need a new one — request another from the verification screen.

The email has not arrived

• Check your spam or junk folder, and any promotions tab
• Confirm the email address you registered with was spelled correctly
• Wait a minute or two before requesting another code, as the newest code is the only valid one

Why verify at all?

It confirms we can reach you, and it keeps communities from receiving inquiries at addresses that do not work. Some features stay locked until your address is verified.

If you started verifying from a community page, we return you to that community once you are done.
