How do I request a Discovery Visit?
Request one from the community page. The community contacts you directly to arrange the details.

Open the community you are interested in and look for the Discovery Visit tab. If the community runs a program, you can request one from there or from the inquiry form in the sidebar.
What happens next
- Your request goes to that community, not to us.
- A representative for the community reaches out to you.
- You work out dates, cost, and arrangements with them directly.
How long does it take to hear back?
Response times are set by each community. If you have not heard back after several business days, send a follow-up through the inquiry form, or contact us and we will chase it up.
Can I request visits to several communities?
Yes, and it is a sensible thing to do if you are comparing options. Each request goes to its own community separately.
