How do I search for communities?

Start from the Find Communities page, then narrow by state, city, or a keyword.

Go to Find Communities. You will see every published community, with the search bar across the top.

The top search bar

Keyword — matches community names and descriptions
State — North Carolina or South Carolina
City — only lists cities that actually have communities in them

You can combine these. Leaving a field blank means "any".

Narrowing further

Open Advanced Search below the top bar for price range, lifestyle, amenities, distance to the beach, community features, and home types. The button shows a count of how many filters you currently have applied.

Clearing filters

Applied filters appear as chips above the results. Remove them one at a time from the chips, or clear them all at once to start over.
