Yes. Everything on the community seeker side of Carolina Ocean Living is free. There is no fee to search, no fee to create an account, and no fee to contact a community.
We are funded by the communities that advertise with us. That means the communities you see listed are paying to be here.
Do I have to create an account?
No. You can search and view every published community without signing in. An account only adds the ability to save communities and return to them later.
