Adding home models and floor plans

Where the Real Estate tab describes broad categories, Home Models covers specific plans a buyer could choose.

For each model you can record its name, details such as size and bedroom and bathroom counts, pricing, and images.

Why bother

Home models are one of the most-viewed parts of a listing. Someone comparing communities wants to picture an actual house, not a price band. Listings with models tend to generate better-qualified inquiries.

Images

Elevations, renderings, and floor plan drawings all work. Floor plans should be legible at a reasonable size — upload a clean version rather than a photo of a printout.
