Getting your listing published

Listings move from draft to pending approval to published. We review before it goes live.

Every listing moves through three states.

  1. Draft — only you can see it. Edit freely.
  2. Pending approval — you have submitted it and we are reviewing.
  3. Published — it is live and appears in search.

What we check

That the community is real and correctly located, that the content is accurate and appropriate, and that photos look like they belong to the community described.

How long it takes

Reviews are usually turned around within a couple of business days. If something needs changing we will tell you what.

Editing after publication

You can keep editing a published listing. Substantial changes may be flagged for another look, but the listing stays live while that happens.

Suspended listings

A listing can be suspended if there is a billing problem or a content issue. We will always contact you first — get in touch if a listing disappears unexpectedly.
