Setting up a Discovery Visit offer

If you run a visit or stay program, describe it on the Discovery Visit tab of your community in the portal. Once saved, it appears as its own tab on your public listing.

• What is included, and what is not
• Any cost, and what it covers
• Who it suits, and any conditions
• What a visitor should expect on the day

Be specific about cost

Visitors tell us vague pricing is the single most frustrating thing about visit programs. If there is a charge, say so plainly here rather than at the point of booking.

Where requests go

Requests land under Discovery Visits in the portal sidebar, separately from general inquiries, so they do not get lost in your leads list.
