Adding and organising photos

Upload from the Photos tab and set the order. The first photo does the most work.

Upload photos from the Photos tab on your community page in the portal. You can reorder them after uploading.

The first photo matters most

It is what appears on search result cards and in map previews. Choose a wide, well-lit shot that shows the character of the community rather than a close-up detail.

What to include

  • An establishing shot of the community or its entrance
  • Amenities people care about — pool, clubhouse, marina, courts
  • Representative homes and streetscapes
  • The surroundings: water, greens, trails

Practical guidance

Use landscape orientation where you can, since the layouts are built around it. Upload the largest version you have rather than a small one scaled up. Avoid heavy watermarks and text overlays — they usually crop badly.

Rights

Only upload images you have the rights to use. You confirmed this when registering, and it is part of the Advertiser Terms.
