Adding home types and price ranges

The Real Estate tab is where you record the kinds of homes available and their price ranges. Add one entry per home type.

Why this matters more than it looks

These entries drive the price range and home type filters on the search page. A community with nothing here will not appear when a visitor filters by price — which is one of the most-used filters on the site.

Home type

Choose from the list rather than typing your own, so that your listing matches the same filter visitors are using.

Price ranges

Enter a minimum and maximum for each type. A community matches a visitor's price search when any of its ranges overlaps theirs. Keep these current — stale pricing is the most common complaint we get from visitors.
