How plans work

Standard, Featured, and Premier — each purchased per community, not per account.

We offer three plans: Standard, Featured, and Premier. Higher plans give a listing more visibility and unlock advertising options.

Plans are per community

This is the part that surprises people most. A plan attaches to one community, not to your account. If you list three communities, each has its own plan, its own renewal date, and its own bill. You can mix plans freely — one community on Premier and another on Standard is perfectly normal.

What the higher plans unlock

Featured — a Featured badge, better placement, and eligibility for block ads
Premier — a Premier badge, top placement, block ads, and eligibility for homepage banner ads

Current pricing

Prices are shown on the plan page in the portal, under Account Settings → Plan. Plans are billed annually.
