Upgrading a community to a higher plan
Upgrades are self-service, charged pro rata, and take effect once payment clears.

Go to Account Settings → Plan and choose the community you want to upgrade. You will see the three plans and, for each upgrade, the exact amount due.
How the price is worked out
You pay the difference between your current plan and the new one, prorated for the time left in that community's current year. You are not charged twice for time you have already paid for.
Paying
- Choose the plan you want.
- A secure payment link is emailed to you.
- Once payment clears, the upgrade is applied automatically.
When it takes effect
Immediately on payment. Your badge and any newly unlocked advertising options become available right away.
The renewal date does not move
Upgrading does not reset the community's anniversary. It renews on the same date as before, at the new plan's rate.
