Why do my communities renew on different dates?

Each community's year runs from when that community was created, not from when you signed up.

Each community bills on its own anniversary — the date that community was created, not the date you opened your account.

So a community added in March renews each March, and one added in September renews each September, even though both sit under the same business account.

Why it works this way

It means you always get a full year of visibility for each community you pay for. Aligning everything to one date would mean paying a partial year for anything added mid-cycle.

Where to check a date

The plan page for each community shows its anniversary date, which is also the date any scheduled downgrade takes effect.
